Who can play with us
Thunderbolt Casino is open only to adults of legal gambling age who live where playing with us is allowed by law. Anyone under the legal age may not play at all, and our games are void wherever the law prohibits them. Our Terms do not allow players in the United Kingdom to use our services.
Real money and fun mode
Every game is played for real money unless you choose otherwise. If you only want to play for fun, log in and select Fun Mode to open our games without real-money risk or payouts.
One account per person
You may hold one active account, in your own name, and play only for yourself. Winnings are void if a player keeps more than one active account without our express permission. Keeping your login details safe is your responsibility.
Withdrawals and verification
Every withdrawal is checked, and we ask for valid identification and other documents first. If the documents do not reach us within 4 weeks, the account can be locked and its winnings voided. We may also ask where your funds come from and for proof that the payment method is yours. A deposit has to be wagered at least once before you can withdraw, and we pay out to the original deposit method where possible. The maximum withdrawal is £25,000 per customer per week, and we may adjust this limit by VIP status.
When winnings can be cancelled
We can cancel winnings and keep the funds in an account when a player has more than one active account, uses a payment method in someone else's name, withdraws from a promotion before meeting its terms, gives false registration details, is under age, lives where playing with us is not legal, lets someone else use the account, plays professionally or as part of a syndicate, reverses a deposit, or uses bots or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
Inactive accounts
If nobody signs in to or out of an account for six months, we treat it as inactive, and we then remove any remaining balance.
Bonus rules
Only one bonus applies per account, customer, household and shared computer, and promotions cannot be combined unless we say so. Deposit coupons are entered before you deposit, and each bonus must be wagered in full before a withdrawal can be requested. While you play with a bonus, the maximum bet is £100 unless you are one of our VIP players. Free bonuses need a verified e-mail address, and free bonus winnings can be withdrawn only after at least one deposit of £50.
Disputes and changes
Send any dispute to us by e-mail or through our dispute form within seven days of the event. We may change our rules or end a promotion at any time without notice, so keep a copy of your transaction records for your own reference.
